Harris prepares clients and represents them in FINRA® Rule 2080 expungement hearings by employing his unique breadth of knowledge and experience in administrative hearings. He also focuses on Form U-5 language modification, FINRA®®inquiry/investigation representation, OTR representation, criminal disclosures, and other legal services provided to FINRA®® Licensed Professionals and Investment Advisory Representatives.

Harris brings five years of extensive legal experience in labor and employment law, and has represented dozens of clients before the Social Security Administration. Harris has participated in over 2,000 administrative hearings during his legal career.

Harris currently lives in Denver, Colorado. In his free time, he enjoys playing sports, travelling, and exploring the great outdoors of Colorado.
